Biosecurity Site Gets a New Look
An essential series of sessions for
small-to-medium food processors
will help you learn how to write and implement your food safety program in an informative, practical atmosphere that is light on lecture and long on learning creatively. There are five sessions that will walk you through the food safety plan basics, prerequisite programs and HACCP plan development.
Seating is limited to 15 per session so register early. Only $25 + tax per session.

** Food Safety Training Calendar for 2015 **
Cultiv8 Food Camp at Perennia Innovation Centre!
In March, Perennia Innovation Centre held Food Camp as part of a pilot under the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus Innovation Sandbox, Cultiv8. The class was a hands on overview of an accelerated food and product development cycle. In this photo, some of the students are holding pasta made with cauliflower!
