An essential series of sessions for
small-to-medium food processors
will help you learn how to write and implement your food safety program in an informative, practical atmosphere that is light on lecture and long on learning creatively. There are five sessions that will walk you through the food safety plan basics, prerequisite programs and HACCP plan development.
Seating is limited to 15 per session so register early. Only $25 + tax per session.
