Quality Management Program (QMP)
The Quality Management Program (QMP) is a regulatory-based system that requires all federally-registered fish processing plants in Canada to develop and implement an in-plant quality control program.
Perennia has gained valuable experience in assisting fish processing plants in developing, implementing and monitoring QMP. We can determine what is needed to implement the program, coach you through the development of the program, implement the new program and be there for audit support.
